With over two decades of experience in the wellness, longevity, and performance optimisation space, Diana Kraemer is pioneering a new approach to holistic well-being. A former professional athlete, Diana’s journey into wellness was inspired by her firsthand experience in performance recovery, cellular resilience, and mind-body integration.
She has lived and worked across Thailand, India, China, and Singapore, immersing herself in ancient healing traditions, epigenetic, integrative nutrition and energy-based therapies, while integrating cutting-edge biohacking technologies. Today, Diana develops and consults on pioneering wellness concepts, including longevity clinics, social wellness clubs, and biohacking labs, shaping the future of well-being through a multidimensional approach.
Her Multidimensional Wellness Program is a precision health system that optimises all six dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, and environmental—using epigenetic insights, real-time data, and bio-individualised strategies. Through coaching, retreats, and immersive experiences, Diana empowers individuals to unlock vitality, resilience, and longevity.
Tell us about your wellness background.
My journey started in the high-performance world of professional athletics, where recovery, nutrition, and resilience were critical to success. Over the years, I realised that the principles of elite performance should not be exclusive to athletes—they are essential for anyone who wants to live with vitality, clarity, and balance.
I have since merged sports science, epigenetic, biohacking, and ancient healing traditions to create a multidimensional wellness approach that integrates physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, and environmental well-being. I’ve worked across Asia, deeply embracing energy healing, mindfulness, and the vibrational power of spiritual well-being—which I believe is as important as any scientific advancement in longevity.
Today, I consult and develop longevity clinics, biohacking labs, and holistic wellness spaces, while facilitating immersive wellness retreats that bring together epigenetic insights, advanced recovery methods, and holistic healing practices.
What do you like and dislike about being a beauty and wellness expert?
I love witnessing transformations—helping people move from fatigue, stress, and imbalance to feeling truly energised, strong, and vibrant. There’s something deeply fulfilling about empowering people to understand their biology, align with their purpose, and optimise their well-being holistically.
What I find challenging is the quick-fix mentality that still exists in parts of the industry. True wellness is not a product, a trend, or a single treatment—it’s about sustainable, long-term changes that align with each person’s unique biology and lifestyle.
What are some of the latest trends in wellness?
The wellness industry is shifting towards precision health, longevity, and holistic performance optimisation. Some of the most exciting trends include:
- Epigenetic & Bio-Individualised Wellness – Understanding how genes interact with lifestyle choices to create personalised health strategies.
- Regenerative Therapies & Recovery Tech – From cold therapy and hyperbaric oxygen to infrared light and cellular detox.
- Wearable Health & Real-Time Biometrics – Using continuous data tracking to optimise sleep, stress, movement, and metabolic health.
- Spiritual Wellness & Energy Healing – More people are recognising that vibrational energy, consciousness, and mindfulness play a huge role in well-being.
How do you and your therapists suggest treatments and therapies to guests?
I take a bio-individual approach, guided by epigenetic, lifestyle stressors, and real-time health tracking. Instead of generic recommendations, we create precision wellness protocols that align with each person’s genetics, biomarkers, and multidimensional well-being needs.
I also believe in honouring intuition—sometimes, the body and mind don’t just need science-based interventions; they need energetic realignment, mindfulness, and spiritual grounding.
Who or what has been your inspiration for a career in wellness?
My journey into wellness was shaped early on by my gymnastics coach, who stood by my side for 15 years, pushing my limits, challenging me through wins and losses, and instilling in me an unshakable resilience and dedication. He taught me the power of persistence, discipline, and fighting spirit, lessons that continue to influence my approach to both wellness and life.
My business partner in Thailand played a pivotal role in opening the doors to Asia for me, showing me how to integrate spirituality and mindfulness into business. For over 13 years, this partnership has shaped my entrepreneurial mindset, reinforcing that true success in wellness comes from aligning purpose with authenticity.
On a personal level, my husband, has been my rock and unwavering force in my life for the past 16 years. He is not only my partner but my greatest mentor, offering wisdom, encouragement, and unconditional support in every aspect of my journey. Through every challenge, every leap of faith, and every moment of doubt, he has stood beside me, believing in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. Seeing myself through his eyes has been a powerful reflection of strength, growth, and limitless potential.
Beyond these influences, I have had the unique opportunity to learn firsthand from the most authentic gurus in India, Thailand, and China, absorbing ancient wisdom, yoga, mindfulness practices, and holistic healing traditions. At the same time, I have been deeply inspired by epigenetic, integrative nutrition and positive psychology, proving that we have the power to rewrite our health destiny.
Most of all, I am continuously inspired by my students and every person I have had the privilege to guide. This journey has shown me that every step, every challenge, and every connection is part of something greater than ourselves, a constant inspiration toward higher consciousness and holistic well-being.
How do you handle an unhappy guest?
Compassion and personalisation are key. Every individual has a unique experience, and sometimes, dissatisfaction comes from misaligned expectations or a lack of understanding of the process. I focus on meeting them where they are, mindfully listening to their concerns, and creating a space where they feel heard and understood. Through education, thoughtful adjustments, and tailored solutions, I ensure that every guest receives what they truly need to support their wellness journey.
What was the most important task you’ve ever had?
Apart from raising our two beautiful children and planting the seeds of healthy, aligned living, one of the most significant undertakings of my life was building my company in Thailand. Where I had the privilege of creating meaningful and joyful experiences for over 20,000 people each year.
At the same time, keeping my family happy and content while constantly moving and living in some of the most remote and extraordinary parts of the world was a profound challenge and accomplishment. Balancing personal and professional fulfilment in ever-changing environments shaped my ability to adapt, lead, and create from a place of purpose.
Later, developing Asia’s First Social Wellness Club for Recovery & Biohacking became another defining milestone. It was more than a wellness space—it was a vision brought to life, integrating data-driven longevity strategies, high-performance recovery, and social wellness experiences to reshape the future of well-being. And when the time was right, letting it go was just as important as building it, allowing space for new concepts and evolutions in my journey.
What are the most essential skills and qualities required by a wellness expert?
- Scientific & Holistic Knowledge – Understanding both cutting-edge innovations and ancient healing traditions.
- Empathy & Intuition – Every wellness journey is unique, requiring a deep ability to listen and personalize.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning – Wellness is evolving rapidly; staying ahead means being open to new discoveries.
What is your advice to aspiring wellness experts/spa managers?
The future of wellness is precision health, bio-individuality, and integrative longevity. Learn beyond traditional wellness models—understand epigenetics, biohacking, and consciousness-based healing. Stay curious, adaptable, and always connected to your deeper purpose.
What inspires you in your work?
I find inspiration every day in the light of transformation I see in the eyes of my clients—whether it’s after a wellness class, a yoga session, a deep coaching conversation, or guiding someone through a holistic wellness journey. Witnessing that shift, when someone reconnects with their true essence, fuels my passion and reinforces my purpose.
This work doesn’t just inspire others—it supports me through my own struggles as well. Whether it’s recovering from injury or surgery, navigating the grief of losing loved ones, or facing life’s uncertainties, the energy I receive from my community lifts me up. Just as I hold space for others to heal, to step out of the darkness, and walk their path with clarity, I too have been guided by my mentors, teachers, and the higher energies that surround us.
What impact has your work had on others?
The heartfelt feedback I receive from my community fills me with joy, love, and deep gratitude. When clients say, “I finally feel like myself again” or “This has changed how I approach my health forever”, it reminds me why I do what I do.
Every transformation, every breakthrough, and every moment of clarity I witness in others fuels my commitment to this path. This is more than a career for me—it is a calling, one that I embrace every day with passion, love, and an open heart.
