Maldives, March 2025: One&Only Reethi Rah , the all-villa private island resort, is set to host an extraordinary collaboration with renowned Italian restaurant group Langosteria. For one exceptional month, Aqua restaurant will be transformed into an exclusive culinary destination, offering an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
Established in Milan in 2007, Langosteria has become an iconic fine dining brand embracing the values of excellence and balancing tradition with a modern, international approach. In addition to their flagship restaurant in Milan, Langosteria now operates in Paraggi, Paris, and St. Mortiz, with outlets in Miami, London, and Porto Cervo soon to open.
The collaboration with One&Only Reethi Rah promises a unique sensory journey where Langosteria’s penchant for culinary excellence meets the unspoiled beauty of the Indian Ocean. The collaboration will feature a six-course tasting menu, an a la carte menu, and a cocktail and bar bites menu, where signature Langosteria dishes such as their Gazpacho and Roasted Gambero Rosso, Red Tuna Carpaccio with Eggplants, and Linguine with Blue Lobster will be featured.
